I see Mike hasnt changed much (still sarcastic!) except for the music he plays. He has always been able to change (adapt) his music with the times but, is usually being two steps ahead of the rest. An act definately worth seeing so drop whatever you’re doing (unless you are holding a baby) and go see his show.

This guy is an amazing artist and a tremendous songwriter.  I have had the privilege of working with him in the past and he is an absolute pro.  I’m looking forward to the full length disc, it’s been a long time coming.  His music is a refreshing break from the generic, cookie-cutter, retreads we are perpetually beaten over the head with on a daily basis listening to free radio.  Nice to see him get the attention he deserves.

To say that Michael is talented, is a huge understatement.  I’ve been a fan of his for years, which gives me the added insight of knowing that what he said is true; his music sounds timeless!  It is something that you can pull out 5 years later and it still sounds amazingly fresh.  I highly recommend that anyone who has a chance to see him play live do so.  And, even though I don’t have the opportunitity to see him play Detroit regularly anymore, I’m glad that he’s getting the opportunities and exposure by living near Boston and New York.
(By the way… “13 Days” will become YOUR favorite song!)

Love the sarcasm that Michael brings.  Never a dull moment.  I have not had the pleasure as of yet to see Michael perform, but I have had the pleasure of knowing him most of my life.  I am sure he will be successful in all that he persues musically and otherwise.

Just remember us little people when you are a big and famous rockstar!!!

I look forward to your upcoming CDs!  Make sure mine is autographed so I can say I knew you when!!

Love ya hon!!

Hey that’s great. You got your girlfriend and four of your pals to post positive comments about your mediocre and completely unoriginal music. Very sad.

Wow, Michael Gurry, you’re just what the world needs right now: another lame singer/songwriter who hasn’t figured out that his musical career has already peaked!
